Eats: Roots and Leaves was a home for plant-based and sugar-free recipes, written by a home cook on a budget.
This was also a blog for sharing my personal story about moving from my dysfunctional eating habits to a diet that prioritises nutrient-rich plant-based foods, and limits sugar.
I am still vegan but, at present, I cannot afford the time to blog recipes and for personal reasons all posts have been removed.
